LeBron James is overrated

He's supposed to be the next Michael Jodan. He's supposed to be better than Kobe Bryant. He's supposed to be the "king". I don't know about you but he's just a prince to me. Prince James, aka LeBron is officially the most overhyped and overrated player in the NBA, and quite possibly the world.

In last night's game five against Dallas, with the series tied at 2, LeBron put in a solid, very good performance. James had a triple-double, 17points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. All of his fans will point and say "look LeBron played good, he had a triple-double". Yeah he played good, and that's the problem.

James is not supposed to give "good" performances. He's supposed to be dominant. He's supposed to be great not good. When the games on the line Jordan wanted to be great, Dwayne Wade wants to be great, Kobe wants to be great. Either James doesn't want to be great or he's just scared. Or maybe, just maybe, he's not as good as all of you brainwashed ESPN worshipers think he is.

Last night was a perfect situation for Prince James to come through with a finishing flourish, put his foot on Dallas’ throat and take the series back to Miami for the clincher. Instead, for the fourth game in a row, Prince James was the opposite of a superstar. Miami had a four-point lead with 4:37 left; from there, James missed two jumpers, committed an offensive foul and was beaten for two 3-pointers by Jason Terry.

Wait, so I'll I have been hearing is that James is still playing good despite the lack of points. All I have been hearing is that he's this great defender. Wasn't he guarding Jason Terry last night? So even his defense sucked. Overrated! Say it with me, Overrated!

I will be honest, when I heard that Wade went out with an injury I immediate thought that this was the chance for James to take over the game, dominate, and lead the Heat to a win. Wade was out with a hip injury for the first seven minutes of the third quarter, taking three shots in 7:30.

James had a triple-double, but had just two points in the final quarter came on a basket that was basically conceded to him, after Terry’s game-clinching triple at the other end.

He had two free throw attempts. TWO. How can an athlete of his caliber do that? Drive to the damn basket? I guess his girlfriend, who is cheating on him with Rashard Lewis, stole his balls. Or maybe he took them and left them at South Beach. Whammy.

He has 11 fourth-quarter points in five games, despite playing every minute of every fourth quarter. Eleven points in 60 minutes. That’s not exactly superstar like

This is the guy that I hear everyone say is better than Kobe Bryant. This is the guy that I was supposed to rival Michael Jordan. This guy is a farce. He's not a superstar. He's an above average player that is afraid to be great.

Dirk Nowitzki scored 10 of his 21 points in the final period as the Mavericks outscored Miami 21-9 over the final 10:12 for an 86-83 victory in Game 4 of the NBA finals Tuesday night. James scored a lousy eight points in defeat.

Nowitzki wants to be great. Nowitzki wants this ring. James seems to expect that it's going to be handed to him. James, unlike Wade and Nowtizki is afraid to be great.

Like a magic act James seems to disappear in the fourth quarter. James scored a career-playoff-low eight points, had more turnovers (four) than field goals (three) and appeared disengaged while attempting just one shot in the fourth quarter. Right now he is averaging 2.2 points in the fourth quarter of the NBA finals. Hell with good, that sucks. Yet this guy is supposed to be great. Well, I’m waiting.
