This is the tweet that has sent the Twitter world and Steeler nation insane. Steeler's running back Rashard Mendenhall has once again caused controversy via his twitter account. The man that once tweeted that the NFL and the slave trade were parallel has found a way to top that by 100.
Mendenhall has since criticized anyone in the United States that has celebrated Osama Bin Laden's death. Now I understand that we all have a freedom of speech, and I even understand what Mendenhall is trying to say. That being said when you're a celebrity and you've already been ridiculed for previous tweets, you should probably keep your mouth shut on this one.
Even though you don't agree with murder, you have to realize that Bin Laden is one of the biggest terrorists of all-time. You have to realize that it's been ten years in the making. So sorry if some people are feeling jubilant.
Since then Mendenhall's comments have prompted a PR statement from Art Rooney II. I have a feeling he won't be allowed to tweet anymore.

If I was Menenhall I would also be careful about what I say because he had a big part of the blame for the Steelers losing Super Bowl XLV, with a badly timed fumble. Just saying.
This wasn't the only gem of a tweet that Mendenhall offered us this week. He had some sex advice for yinz females.

Lastly, Mendenhall tweeted that he doesn't have a ignorant bone in his body. I beg to differ. Rashard, here's some advice, shut your mouth and hold on to the damn ball!
