Should the Pittsburgh Steelers cut James Harrison?

The Pittsburgh Steelers are in serious trouble with the salary cap. Right now they are over $14 million over the cap and have to make some serious improvements to their team via free agency(yeah right) and the draft. They also have to try and re-sign some key players like Max Starks, either Jonathan Dwyer/Isaac Redman, and Keenan Lewis.

An option that is probably going to be seriously considered to save money is cutting outside linebacker James Harrison. Harrison is 35 years old, has had multiple surgeries on his knee and his back, and his stats have declined over the years. Harrison has also been been a troublemaker on and off the field. He's been fined multiple times, been in trouble with the law for domestic violence, etc...
But this is about football. The Steelers are paying Harrison a lot of money and I don't think they're going to get their money's worth. Harrison also said there's no way he'll take a pay cut.
Harrison has been a great player for the Steelers but this is a business. Everyone's run comes to an end. Some will say cut Troy Polamalu but he's younger than James and not nearly the headache. Some will say cut Brett Keisel, and they might just do that as well.
Jason Worilds has really improved and even had five sacks last year as a backup, one more than overweight LaMar Woodley. The Steelers are also projected to take very talented outside linebacker Jarvis Jones out of Georgia in the 1st round of the 2013 NFL draft. So if you ask me I say bye bye to Jimmy!
