Dancing With the Stars Sucks and so does Hines for being on it

I will be honest. I have not been watching ABC's show "Dancing With The Stars". I watched one full episode at my ex-girlfriends house and I thought it was just awful televison. Most of these "stars" aren't even real stars. I mean there was Ralph Macchio and then there was everybody else.

Of course Pittsburgh Steelers' fans are a force to be reckoned with and have made Hines Ward a househould name. Yes Hines is a Super Bowl MVP, yes he's a four-time Pro Bowler, but he's not even the biggest star on his team. Troy Polamalu and Ben Roethlisberger are much bigger stars in the sports world. I guarantee you that both of them would have declined the oppurtunity. One because the show is stupid and they would have looked stupid doing it. Two, they just lost the Super bowl, so being on a show like Dancing With the Stars might not be a great P.R. move.

Doesn't matter when it comes to Hines Ward. He always gets a free pass. Holds out of camp for a new contract, it's ok because it's Hines. Almost gets arrested by the L.A.P.D. at two in the morning, it's ok because it's Hines. Call your teammate out on national televison before a big game, it's ok because it's Hines.

Imgaine if this were Ben Roethlisberger. Good lord, there would be protests in the streets of Pittsburgh. Number seven jerseys would be lit on fire. There would be a Facebook page saying that the Steelers should get rid of Roethlisberger. Not Hines, he gets a free pass.

Imagine if Ben would have been on Dancing With the Stars after throwing two picks in a losing effort in the Super Bowl. Imagine if Ben called out Hines if and when Hines misses a game. Imagine if Ben would have wore that ridiculously gay sailor suit. We would have never heard the end of it.  Can we say double standard? I can. I don't drink the Hines Ward koolaid. Hines is just a big of a douche as Ben is. I met him. I've seen Hines treat people bad, turn down autographs. Doesn't matter. He's the Steeler golden boy.

Now, unfortanatley Hines might win Dancing with the Stars tonight. I'll try to make sure I'm drunk if and when this happens. I'll never hear the end of it. Last night Ward said that the chance to compete on Dancing With The Stars has somehow filled his void from losing Super Bowl XLV. Really? What if Ben said that? What if Rashard Mendenhall said that? Dancing With the Stars is comparable to the Super Bowl? Are you f-ing serious?

Maybe instead of being on this dumb ass show, Hines could be a real leader, like Ben, and help attend the un-official team workouts, which are being run by non-other than Ben Roethlisberger. Winning!

I'm sick of Hines Ward. I now hope he loses tonight. I hope Chelsea Kane wins. I really hope she is 18 because I would do some really freaky things to her. Win or lose, one things for sure Hines will be crying tonight. Whammy
