Jagr's reputation completely tarnished in eyes of Pens organization
Per Mark Madden
According to multiple inside sources: Early this week the Penguins organization were under the impression that a deal was done with Jagr, and he would spend this season as a Penguin. Uppon Jagr's arrival to the USA his agent (claimed to be a rat) began to use the Pens contract offer as a strating point for negotiations with other hockey clubs. When Pittsburgh hadnt heard from the Jagr camp on Wednesday they knew they had been played and this outraged many people in power positions within the Penguins organization. Jagr's reputation in Pittsburgh is now completely tarnished.
